It began as a commission for a client in navy blue only.  I spilled a bit of paint on the border and had to start again.  This 1\/5-complete piece sat in my flat file for several months before I decided to give it a life - in more vibrant color!  Earthy browns, pinks, greens and ochres complement the original navy blue blocks.
