My "Then & Now" pair of architectural streetscape sketches show the Edelweiss and the 800 - 600 blocks of Front Street. The Tannenbaum Gift Shop - now housing Matter of Taste and Black Swan, formerly the Weigand Building and Ruth's Dress Shop, punctuates the end of the streetscape. The pair features the Edelweiss and the Tannenbaum at each end, two of the first buildings to be renovated in the Bavarian style by Ted Price and Bob Rodgers. In Alpine fashion, the Cascades rise majestically above the mountain boomtown - turned quiettown - turned tourist mecca. My hand-drawn frames and patterns recall Bavarian design motifs and forms.

8" x 10", 11" x 14" and 16" x 20" are the best print sizes to purchase if you'd like to find a frame "off the shelf" instead of custom framing. Print have a border so no mat is required - just pop it in the frame of the same size and hang!
