My LEAVENWORTH WA Hand-drawn Streetscape Sketches of Front Street in the 1950s and now, on a Postcard - Show some local love for your favorite "Bavarian" mountain town!
My "Then & Now" pair of architectural streetscape sketches show the Edelweiss and the 800 - 600 blocks of Front Street. The Tannenbaum Gift Shop punctuates the end of the streetscape. In Alpine fashion, the Cascades rise majestically above the mountain boomtown - turned quiettown - turned tourist mecca. My hand-drawn frames and patterns recall Bavarian design motifs and forms.
