This vibrant city, with its spectacular park system, universities, museums and historic architecture of German Village and other neighborhoods is Ohio's state capital, at the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers. The map focuses on Downtown and the Arena District, with the Scioto River carving through the southwest quadrant. The Ohio State University peeks over the northern boundary. The western boundary extends a few blocks beyond N. Star Rd. and Grandview Ave., including Rhodes Park and Green Lawn Cemetery, with the Franklin Park Conservatory and Gardens at the eastern boundary.
