ROME, Italy.
Walk the old city of Rome with your eyes, the neighborhood of Trastevere and Gianicolo, and the Tiber River, crossed by so many bridges. Rome's architecture is incomparable and its city plan is just as unique!
The map-drawing includes Piazza del Popolo on the north edge, The Vatican in the northwest corner, the train station in the southwest corner; the Gianicolo and Trastevere comprise the western area of the map. My graphite sketch of a view of Rome, looking down from the Gianicolo resides along the bottom of the map.
This is a PRINT of my original watercolor painting in tones of rust orange / yellow ochre.
