Watertown straddles the Black River in that corner of Northern New York where Lake Ontario meets the St. Lawrence River. Its plan features a robust public square and circular residential grid, as well as the Black River running right through the center of town. This is a POSTCARD of my original watercolor painting in variegated tones of cerulean and prussian blue.
