This is a PRINT of my Watercolor Wash Map painted in sage green brush marks. My hand-drawn map lines are turned white over my watercolor wash painting.

Color may be slightly different on the print than in photos. Want to change the title to highlight another neighborhood within this map area? Send me a note - no problem!
8" x 10" and 11" x 14" are the best print sizes to purchase if you'd like to find a frame "off the shelf" instead of custom framing. Prints have a border so no mat is required - just pop it in the frame of the same size and hang!
If you'd prefer a square print, just purchase the size that matches the width you'd like, leave a note at checkout to make it square and I will make it square! If my print widths available in menu do not match your preference, send me a note with an alternate size. I can print from 5" x 5" to 17" x 17" - Thanks!
