This historic city witnessed Revolution, trade booms and economic decline, immigration, conflagration and terrorism and has always renewed herself and come back with vigor. She tore down a hill and filled in her swamps to expand the city's foundation. Buried her elevated highways beneath the ground. And still she claims some of the oldest buildings in the nation. -- "Boston Strong."
This is a PRINT of my original black ink line drawing. The map-drawing centers on the heart of Boston on the Shawmut Peninsula, surrounded by the Massachusetts Bay and the Charles River and extends to Bunker Hill and Charlestown and portions of East Boston, Seaport District and the Back Bay. The iconic pathways of Boston Common and Boston Public Garden, as well as pedestrian path around City Hall and Faneuil Hall are drawn and the gnarly web of highways has been modified to reflect the "Big Dig", showing the tunneled roads in light grey. A lighter grey fills the Boston Harbor and Charles River.

8" x 10", 11" x 14" and 16" x 20" are the best print sizes to purchase if you'd like to find a frame "off the shelf" instead of custom framing. Prints have a border so no mat is required - just pop it in the frame of the same size and hang!If you'd prefer a square print, just purchase the size that matches the width you'd like, leave a note at checkout to make it square and I will make it square! If my print widths available in menu do not match your preference, send me a note with an alternate size. I can print from 5" x 5" to 17" x 17" - Thanks!
