DUBLIN, Ireland.
Its dense network of roads, streets and lanes typifies this city's plan, making a complex fabric of avenues that beg exploration. If you can imagine the architecture, too, as you walk along these cobbled streets, you've discovered a city of unending, interesting layers!
The map-drawing centers on the Castle, St. Patrick's Cathedral, St. Stephens Green and the River Liffey. The map area extends to Ternenure on the south and the National Botanic Gardens on the northern edge. My architectural sketch of the O'Connell Bridge over the River Liffey grounds the Map at the title.
This is a PRINT of my original watercolor painting in tones of green, with the sketch in black ink.
