My hand-drawn map reveals land carved by the waters of the Salish Sea and Snohomish River - the historic core of Everett with its rectilinear city blocks at their confluence. Jetty Island and Hat Island, with their fascinating histories, are highlighted on the map with my sketches of their respective ferries. The map extends to include the southern city limits, Mukilteo and Boeing/Paine Field.
This is a PRINT of my Watercolor Wash Map-drawing in a deep blue watercolor with city limits delineated. The Map is drawn by hand and the watercolor is painted by hand. I then merge these layers digitally to produce this print.
