My watercolor map of it's iconic plan centers on the original William Penn plan, including City Hall and the first four squares, Rittenhouse, Logan, Washington and Franklin. The map stretches north to Jefferson Street and south to about Morris Street. The city center is cradled between the great Delaware River with its docks and the scenic Schuykill. The map is rotated to show off Penn's grid in straight parallel and perpendicular streets and squares.
This is a POSTCARD of my original watercolor painting in black.
