Inspired by Cafe Hon and "HONtown" in Hampden, my Baltimore Charms City Map features a bright red/pink BALTIMORE sign with the iconic (now-defunct) Cafe Hon flamingo. The BALTIMORE sign is an armature from which hang hand-drawn "charms" of the "Charm City" over a watercolor city block map representing the city grid of 1869.
Baltimore landmarks, or "charms", include: Washington Monument, Walters Art Museum, USS Constitution, Lady Maryland schooner, Broadway Market in Fells Point, Domino Sugars sign, the old Shot Tower, Bromo-Seltzer tower, Blue crab standing in for Lexington Market, Edgar Allen Poe house, Ravens M&T Stadium, Orioles Camden Yards, Camden Rowhouses.
